What sign-ups were promised
Astellia 2's pre-registration ran from 8 October 2026 until the Grand Open on 5 November, with rewards that unlocked as sign-ups climbed. The campaign is closed now, but its reward list is still the best published map of what the game values — and if you signed up, those items should be waiting.

The reward list
| Reward | Type | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Gold ×1,000,000 | Currency | Removes early-game money friction |
| Seven Star Fragments ×30 | Material | Feeds a higher-tier upgrade path |
| Astra ×100 | Currency | Reward-track currency |
| Class Selection Avatar Summon Ticket | Summon | Lets you pick instead of roll |
| Astel "Papilla" Guaranteed Summon Ticket | Summon | The only named Astel at launch |
| Superior Growth Scroll (Account) | Growth | Account-bound progression item |
| Combat Awakening Scroll (Account) | Growth | Combat power upgrade |
| Standard Astel Summon ×11 | Summon | A full multi-pull |
| Standard Avatar Summon ×11 | Summon | A full multi-pull |
The mix is instructive. Two guaranteed tickets, two multi-pulls, two growth scrolls and three currencies. That is a launch package designed to get a new account to the point where the summon loop starts, without giving away the loop itself.
The milestone structure
The pre-registration page presented rewards as thresholds, climbing with the number of sign-ups — the standard pattern for Korean mobile launches, where the top milestone is set high enough to be aspirational.
What is documented publicly is the reward set, not the exact threshold each tier unlocked at. The campaign page is now replaced by the launch site, so the tier chart is no longer retrievable from the official source. This page therefore lists the items without inventing the numbers behind them.
Did the campaign hit its targets?
The pre-registration page was still advertising the campaign on 2 November and the game launched on 5 November. Beyond that, the developer has not published a final sign-up figure on the English site.
If you want to know whether a specific tier unlocked, the reliable test is your in-game mailbox: rewards are granted to accounts that registered, and the mailbox is the source of truth. A missing item is a support question, not a guide question.
How to claim, if you registered
- Log into the same account you used to pre-register — the store account on Android, or the HIVE account on PC.
- Open the in-game mailbox.
- Claim everything before it expires. Expiry dates are not published, which is an argument for claiming on day one.
- Check the summon inventory for the two tickets; guaranteed tickets sometimes arrive as separate items rather than mail attachments.
If you did not register
You missed the campaign, and there is no published way to buy the same package. The items are not sold as a bundle.
What you can still do is the ordinary launch path: play the story, take the free growth items the game hands out, and use the free summon currency the game grants. The pre-registration package was an acceleration, not a gate.
Why the guaranteed tickets matter
Two of the nine rewards remove randomness entirely: a class selection avatar ticket and a guaranteed Papilla Astel ticket.
In a game with a summon economy, a guaranteed ticket is the most valuable item type, because it converts an unknown probability into a known result. Papilla is the only Astel the developer has named publicly, which makes that ticket the single most informative item on the list — it tells you one companion exists and gives you it.
The class selection avatar ticket is the second: avatars are usually cosmetic, but a class selection ticket implies per-class avatar pools, which is a design statement about how the shop is structured.
What the campaign tells you about the game
Three inferences, labelled as inferences:
The game expects you to summon. Two of nine rewards are summon tickets, and two more are multi-pulls. That is a quarter of the package pointing at the gacha loop.
Growth items are account-bound. Both scrolls are marked (Account), which suggests the developer wants them used on the character you actually play, not traded.
Gold is generous, Diamonds are not. A million Gold is a lot of ordinary currency; no premium currency appears in the list at all. The package accelerates play, not payment.
The one-paragraph version
Pre-registration ran 8 October to 5 November 2026 and promised nine item types, including two guaranteed summon tickets and two eleven-pull batches. If you registered, check your mailbox on the account you registered with; if you did not, nothing in the package is exclusive to the campaign in a way that blocks play.
What the package says about launch pacing
Nine rewards, and their composition is a schedule in disguise.
The Gold and the two growth scrolls solve the first ten hours: money for repairs and upgrades, and account-bound growth that pays off earliest when used immediately. The two multi-pulls and two guaranteed tickets solve the next phase: they let a new account engage with the summon system before it is asked to pay for it.
Nothing in the list accelerates endgame. That is deliberate pacing: a launch package that hands out a million Gold but no gear is telling you that gear is where the treadmill starts, and that the summon system is where the shop starts.
